Although we will occasionally touch upon goal setting, time management and other tools, we will also look at the inner and outer principles of your life. We will collaborate to build a plan that best suits you. I’m concerned with how to get you to identify and conquer your fears, create a plan and move you forward-to help you STOP wasting time and leaking your energy. I want you to focus on reclaiming your power and get focused on activity to get the life you want. I assure you, that you will feel better, see things clearer, make better decisions and take action quicker. We will throw in a healthy dose of humor and inspiration along the journey.

Also, you will not find many, if any, other coaches who can offer such extensive expertise in training, performance improvement, operational and process improvements, change management, crisis management, leadership coaching, team building across industries, with individuals, corporations and am an entrepreneur.  I have a diverse skill set that makes me unique.  We will leverage my knowledge and network with your vision as the driving force to create your plan.  My approach will be respectful and spiritual but not delicate. You will always get a straight and honest response from me.

The FEARLESS workshops, products and programs are created for people who are absolutely excited and ready to break out of the cycle, break through their fears, make more money and live an “abundant life.”  No more spinning “anxiety syndrome”  or “wishful” living saying: “I wish I had a better life, I wish I could take a vacation or I wish I  had more money than I do now!”  This was created for you to put systems in place within a few months (sometimes a weeks), which will eventually lead you to gaining more confidence, visibility, and finally attracting the life and company of people who share the same lifestyle, dreams, interest,  business strategy and philosophy as you do. That’s what I call FREEDOM.

Being a “driver” myself, I’m known to work best with other high achieving go-getters, who are committed to their success no matter what, who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take. My clients often tell me – “just tell me what to do and I’ll do it!” Consider what you’ll do with me to be a high-octane crash course on everything you need to know to manifest your dreams. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No excuses! Just a very different way of thinking and full support while you achieve your incredibly exciting goals.

I’m very selective in who I work with and I hand-pick my clients.  I (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.)  FEARLESS is NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right away. It’s been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month’s rent check or mortgage payment.) If you fall within this category, it’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another. Do yourself (3) favors:

1. Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job at the very least, and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. It will help declutter your mind enough to focus on your FEARLESS assignments and the BIG picture.
2. Join my free facebook group. You will get a chance to interact with new people who are on the same journey.
3. Sign up for my blog and newsletter to learn about other free events and opportunities. The free information will get you started towards your goals until you’re ready to work with me one-on-one.

Another type of personality I won’t work with are the “whiners” or the “chronic skeptic”. These individuals tend to make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenge every aspect of the program. They are simply NOT “coachable”. If you are one of these people, I respectfully ask that you not call and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Fair enough?

Your confidence and overall quality of life will begin to improve when you understand your true value, where your power really comes from and how to manifest what you want (including landing that job or profession). Here’s what the program gets you to do:

1. Define and set your intentions: Before you can manifest what you want you have to KNOW what you want. We will get crystal clear about your intentions, identify your strengths, focus and clarify your goals for your personal and business life.
2. Identify your resources: We will examine the education, training, thinking, priorities and practices needed to achieve your goals.
3. Create a roadmap: Clearly crafted action steps will need to be identified and executed in a timely fashion to reach your destination.
4. Become visible: The only way to attract the life you want to live is to market yourself as the person you want to be. As part of the overall plan we must create a compelling persona or in some cases the resume, that will attract the kind of opportunities you want socially and professionally.  Together we’ll devise a marketing plan to articulate and communicate who you are, whom you serve and what you do.  Constructing a winning resume, devising a networking strategy, creating your own workshop, attracting the press, using joint ventures or social media + online marketing may all be tools we use to  devise a plan that fits the situation and take your career to the next level!
5. Monitor and Manage resistance: Resistance can show up in different ways. You might already know what you need to do but are struggling with procrastination, feeling stuck and spinning in circles. Anytime there is an investment where a return is expected, resistance may show up as anxiety. You’ll be learning proven techniques for breaking through all of the stuff (self doubt, fear, anxiety, procrastination) that keeps you from taking action or control of your career and life.
6. Celebrate Success:  Recognizing milestone achievements is an essential part of encouraging progress towards the overall goal. This will help in the adoption of creating good and consistent habits. Your confidence will sky rocket as you consistently produce results over and over again!
7. Close the deal: You will learn how to interview skillfully, find the right employment offers and or create your own opportunities.  You’ll begin feeling more confident because you’ll know exactly what to say and how to say it to sell yourself without sounding salesy or pushy. You’ll also learn how to handle objections and exactly what to say to help you create those experiences where people will want you on their team. You will learn how to move through your fears and manifest the best deal for yourself.
8. Review, Revise and Improve: becoming better and wanting more requires you to be constantly adjusting. It’s an ongoing process. Weaving a regular assessment review process into your life helps identify and remove roadblocks. But more importantly keeps you moving forward.

Every client is different and has a different starting point. A number of factors will go into the equation, however, it really depends on how quickly you can execute against the program accurately.
